How the choice works
The first time you visit, Feral Online asks whether you want to accept optional analytics. Accept analytics and Reject analytics are equally available. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and the site does not send analytics measurement.
The choice itself is stored in necessary first-party browser storage so the website can remember it. You can reopen the same controls below or through Cookie settings in the footer.
Storage used by this website
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration | Trigger |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
feral_analytics_consent | Feral Online | Stores whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. | Necessary preference | Until you remove site storage or change the choice | After you choose accept or reject |
_ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes browsers for analytics measurement. | Optional analytics | Up to 2 years, subject to browser limits | Only after you accept analytics |
_ga_VQC1SQPCYG | Google Analytics | Persists analytics session state for this GA4 property. | Optional analytics | Up to 2 years, subject to browser limits | Only after you accept analytics |
Analytics configuration
Feral Online uses the direct Google tag for GA4 measurement ID G-VQC1SQPCYG. Google Ads linking, advertising personalisation, remarketing and user IDs are not enabled in the site configuration. A generate_lead event is sent only after a successful enquiry delivery when analytics consent is already active, without enquiry values or personal details.
Browser controls
You can also delete or block storage through your browser. Blocking necessary preference storage means the website may need to ask for your analytics choice again. Browser privacy settings can shorten the duration shown in the table.
Production audit
The table reflects the implemented source configuration. It must be checked again on the production domain because browser behaviour and provider configuration can change.
