Enquiries and direct correspondence
When you use an enquiry form, Feral Online receives your name, email address, the business or project details you choose to provide, your selected type of help, an optional website or product link, and your message. The restaurant form also asks for the restaurant name. If you correspond directly, Feral Online receives the information included in that correspondence.
This information is used to understand and respond to the enquiry, decide whether the work is a suitable fit, take requested pre-contract steps, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract and legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and keeping proportionate business records.
The form is hosted through Vercel and the internal notification is delivered by Resend to the Feral Online business inbox. The website does not send an automatic visitor receipt and does not ask for attachments.
An unsuccessful or inactive enquiry is normally kept for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted unless a legal, security, dispute or genuine operational reason requires it for longer. If an enquiry becomes client work, relevant information moves into separate project, contractual and accounting records with the retention needed for those purposes.
Security and server information
Vercel may process technical request information and service logs needed to serve the site, maintain reliability, investigate errors and protect the service from misuse. This can include an IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information and security events. Feral Online uses this processing under its legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website. Provider retention and access controls apply.
The enquiry endpoint uses a short rate-limit window. It hashes the available network address with a temporary process-specific value rather than placing the raw address in the application rate-limit record. Feral Online does not intentionally log the full enquiry content in application error messages.
Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4 is optional. The analytics script does not load and measurement is not sent unless you choose Accept analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics receives online identifiers and information about page use, browser, device and approximate location derived from the network connection. Feral Online uses this with your consent to understand overall site use and successful enquiry journeys.
Advertising personalisation, remarketing and user IDs are not enabled for this configuration. Enquiry values and personal details are not included in analytics events. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Read the Cookies page for the storage details.
Service providers and international processing
Feral Online uses Vercel for website hosting, Resend for enquiry email delivery and Google Analytics only after consent. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they or their approved subprocessors operate. Their applicable data-processing terms use recognised safeguards for restricted transfers, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and standard contractual clauses where required.
Providers may also process limited service, account and security information for their own lawful operational purposes under their published terms. Their subprocessors and exact processing locations can change, so Feral Online reviews the active production setup and provider terms as part of the launch audit.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are not absolute and an applicable exemption may limit a request.

Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated if the website's processing, providers or retention rules change. A production data-flow review is required at launch, and material changes will be reflected here.
